On September 20, a contract was signed with Hilbert Gibbs, HJT Landscaping, LLC, a Meriden Connecticut Landscaping contractor to do $3,700 worth landscaping work at a Cheshire CT property, with a scheduled beginning date of September 29.

On September 21, Mr. Hilbert Gibbs accepted a $1,900.00 deposit to purchase plants and begin landscaping work. That work was not started in spite of many conversations and seven promised start dates. On November 2, the return of the deposit was requested by telephone with a followup letter dated November 3rd.

On December 7, a civil suit was filed against Hilbert Gibbs, HJT Landscaping, LLC, Meriden CT(see below left)

February 23rd, Judgement was made against defendant, HJT Landscaping, LLC, Meriden CT (see below right)

At this time the awarded damages and costs have not been paid to Plaintiff
